1. Substrate preparation: Select high-transparency PET film (thickness usually 100-180μm), and perform dust removal and corona treatment to improve surface adhesion for firm bonding in subsequent processes.

2. Microprism structure molding: Use high-precision embossing rollers (engraved with microprism arrays) for hot-press molding on the PET substrate surface, or adopt injection molding to directly produce microprism substrates, ensuring precise prism structure (vertex angle and side length error ≤0.01μm).

3. Vacuum coating: Conduct vacuum aluminum plating (or silver plating) on the bottom surface of microprisms to form a high-reflection layer, improving retroreflective efficiency with reflectivity over 90%.

4. Adhesive layer lamination: Coat pressure-sensitive adhesive (mostly acrylic-based, weather and temperature resistant for outdoor use), and cover with release paper to protect the adhesive layer for stable bonding performance.

5. Weather resistance treatment: Apply UV-curable weather-resistant coating on the substrate surface to enhance UV resistance and aging resistance, matching the requirement of over 7 years of weather life.

6. Slitting and inspection: Slit into specifications (e.g., 1.22m width × 45.7m length), fully inspect with retroreflectometer, weather resistance tester and other equipment, and package after passing the inspection.
