2. 3. Vacuum coating: Conduct vacuum aluminum plating (or silver plating) on the bottom surface of microprisms to form a high-reflection layer, improving retroreflective efficiency with reflectivity over 90%.<\/p>\n

4. Adhesive layer lamination: Coat pressure-sensitive adhesive (mostly acrylic-based, weather and temperature resistant for outdoor use), and cover with release paper to protect the adhesive layer for stable bonding performance.<\/p>\n

5. Weather resistance treatment: Apply UV-curable weather-resistant coating on the substrate surface to enhance UV resistance and aging resistance, matching the requirement of over 7 years of weather life.<\/p>\n
