Outdoor Weather Resistant HIP Retro Reflective Vinyl Sheeting For Traffic Sign
LU High Intensity Grade Prismatic Reflective Sheeting is designed for the production of traffic signs, safety markings for working areas, conspicuity tapes for vehicles that require increased visibility. The retroreflective sheeting redirects light from an approaching vehicle’s headlamps back to the source through the construction of micro-prisms.
The sheeting is composed of a UV stabilized acrylic top film. Its retroreflective system consists of sealed cells of air backed microprisms, using total internal reflection. High Intensity Prismatic Grade are highly reflective, weatherproof, self-adhesive films with excellent corrosion and solvent resistance.

3. Pressure-sensitive Adhesive:
HIP Sheeting use a strong pressure-sensitive adhesive that can stand at high temperature without delamination or peeling. It is recommended to apply the film at 18-28℃(64.4-82.4℉).

Performance life up to 10 years. A tough topcoat helps signs resist scuffs, scratches and gouges, so your sign is effective for longer, even in extreme climates. That means fewer replacements and associated costs.
